My 4 year old went in with his dad for a haircut. He came home with a buzz cut.. Brittany did the cut and shaved My child’s hair instead of giving him a little boy haircut with a picture for comparison that shows longer on top and shorter in back. Not at all what was asked for. Beyond livid. This Grondin’s is located in Mt Morris. Put the clippers down and use scissors. Lesson learned never again willy son go there. The front is crooked, the fade is uneven, the back has a huge gouge out of it. Dad was trying to do me a favor and from here on out we will only go to the salon I normally take him to. Please tell employees to listen to customers requests and not do what they please as I sent very specific instructions. Little boy haircut does not involve clippers. And please if you cannot replicate from a picture admit you can’t do that. And to make matters worse it is too short to have fixed. I should go request a refund and send the bill when I can get his hair done how it was supposed to be. Extremely angry as I feel hair just grows back but this was too far and way too short. Would be a 0 if I could.

This place is awesome! Shannon & Brittany particularly! They were both VERY supportive last year when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and needed to cut my hair shorter prior to loosing it. Shannon even offered to shave it for me in the back room when I started to loose it. So when I was ready for my first hair cut after it growing back in I couldn’t think of anyone else to do it but Shannon. I will be coming back every six to seven weeks to get it cut and colored (pink of course)!
