Great experience! I had never been to this salon before and was a walk-in around 2pm on a Thursday. Kimmie was my nail tech. She got me in right away and did my pedicure. She was lovely! So very sweet and quick. She also made sure that I knew what my options were for price points and pedicure packages available. I chose the Spa pedi with gel nail polish. I felt that their pricing was very fair and the location convenient. The shop was clean a bright and everyone was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy their work. I was so happy with the experience that I will go back again! Definitely recommend!

I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t understand what the lady was saying most of the time or if she was even talking to me. She kept talking to her coworker as I asked questions. I said I wanted almond nails but insisted that round was almond. I had her reshape twice because she kept trying to round my nails when that’s not what I asked. It took over two hours for a french tip. She told me $80 for all the treatment I got including my feet scrubbed but ended up trying to charge me over $130. As I was leaving I heard them talking bad about a customer that had left before me. Then heard her talking about how I don’t know what shape almond is. I love my nails but definitely wasn’t worth the wait and the rudeness. She pulled my hand multiple times when I wasn’t moving and even stepped on my fresh pedicure messing up two of my nails. Would not go back. Over priced and takes double the time it would at a different salon. Wasted 3 hours of my day.

I went in yesterday as a walk-in at 10am and they told me to come back after 12pm due to short staff (only 2 nail techs working). I signed in and left my phone number just in case. I came back literally at 12:05pm and they took someone that came in AFTER me even though I signed in 2 hours prior. She made up an excuse saying that she didn’t think I would come back. She told me to sit down and wait again. I walked out due to poor service

So me and my friend and sister and her older sister went there and the person that did my friends nails were very rude to her and they made her nails very thick but my nails were very nice the lady that did mine was very respectful and kind she didn’t yell at me and the lady that did my friends older sisters nails was very nice as well I hope my friend Maile can get a refund next time she goes .

The staff at this nail salon are so sweet and treat them well they remember you and how you like your nails. Call ahead as they get sudden rushes and suddenly busy. Love getting my gels done here! Always last for over 2 weeks and I do lots of working out that involves lifting and stress on the nails as well as tons of housework and yard work. They are true artists there.

Came here after being recommended it, but worst mistake ever. Showed the nail tech the photo I wanted my nails to be and it was the exact opposite. Couldn’t place jewels on correctly, did not file my nails right (all my nails were different shapes), and they had the audacity to charge me $89. will never come here another will ever recommend this place. actually disgusting.

One of the worst nail salon I have ever been too. My daughter got a full set, the guy that was doing her nails kept pulling her hand and being very aggressive and nasty with her. Her nails started to lift and getting caught in her hair not even a week later. I got a fill and a pedi. The only good part about mine was the color. Spent over 200.00 and it was definitely not worth it.

Do not go here, I got acrylics and they were so poorly done, they were way to thick and loose. I went to go get them removed and they were asking me who did the nails because they were ‘pretty bad’ and it took them an hour to get them off but i still had to clean them up at home. Do not waste your money. Manicure
