Jackie Terry was my stylist for many years. She was an excellent hair designer. Once salons were permitted open after the Covid shutdown, she would not return my calls, texts or Facebook messages regarding scheduling an appointment. Ghosting/blocking someone is not the professional way to tell a long standing client you no longer wish them to be a business patron. Honesty is always the best policy.

I went to see an Amanda there. I was getting a dye and cut. I thought I‘d explained what I wanted in terms of a haircut fully, but it didn’t turn out how I expected. She took a little too much off the sides. That wasn’t the biggest deal to me, but then when it came to the dye she didn’t do some of my roots at the front of my scalp and she almost didn’t do the sides of my head. She had to dye my scalp on the sides cause she’s already cut it pretty short. And when I asked to have my eyebrows done I thought she didn’t really do the best job getting them even.
