It was slow in getting started, Beth claim she was allergic to almond oil. I told the final person who called to remind me, I was bringing my own oil. When I arrived Beth needed to examine/scrutinize it, that took about 10 extra minutes. Finally, Beth became accommodating, it was a sealed bottle of natural clean oils. Her work from toe to head was Amazing Chandler, shorted me on my hydro-bath, Finally, I wanted to give Beth a giant tip & wanted to make sure she received it, because she had left before I was finished with sauna. I called back the next day and had to go thru scrutiny, with manager Carolyn calling back instead of her. Eventually, I heard from Beth to verify she got what I left. Overall wonderful experience, I’ve been going there for years!!!!

My mom and I treated ourselves to a Platinum package spa day at Southern Hills Spa to celebrate her retirement and it was beyond our expectations! All of the staff was kind, professional and extremely attentive. The services were phenomenal. We left feeling completely relaxed and well-cared for. We will make this 3 hour drive again. Had my daughter in January of this year and my husband bought me a silver package for Valentine’s Day and I saved it for when I really needed it, well I really needed that.
