Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWORST PLACE EVER! I went in thinking I would pay max $45 for such a simple design. John took max 45 minutes working on my nails, and I was actually waiting for about 20 minutes even if I had an appointment. My nails ended up being chunky with air bubbles, and acrylic on the bottom of them. The sides also had smudges of the nail polish. Then when I went back and asked for a refund they told me that from the $58 I payed for these nails I would only get $33 back because $25 were gonna still be charged for their products and service. Thats bs because I also had to take them off in the spa to get a refund, in a way they were getting their product back and even if they gave me service I also wasted one hour of my time and I had actually waited for most of it. Also the price online for acrylic gel full set was $35, and when I asked him why he charged me $58 he said the acrylic gel was $45. Unacceptable that they have one price online and then want to change it once the nails are done. They charge too much for the cheap quality that you get.
