Not sure what happened. Whether in for a “trim”. Specifically said just clean up the sides and back. My neck line is now 2 inches higher than it was and I had to trim 3 different tufts that were missed.

I received the worst haircut I’ve ever had. The “beautician” MiMi is obviously mentally unfit to continue working. She talks and waves scissors near your eyes. She is not paying attention to anything she’s doing. She insulted me several times during the visit. I had to work on my hair for 15 minutes after getting home. I paid 15.00! for her to make a complete mess on my head. The management is paying no attention to what she’s doing…. They’re too busy gossiping about every customer that exits. If you’ve been here, then I can guarantee you have been bad mouthed. For the past 6 months I’ve heard them verbally disgrace any customer going out the door. Since “MeeMaw” is left to wander around and destroy people I advise everyone to use caution. AVOID MIMI! This Great Clips is a disgrace. MOREHEAD KY @ KROGER CENTER.

I wasn’t very happy about the haircut because they usually cut my hair using razor due to my cowlicks. No one there knew how to. But being the nice person that I am I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to hurt the stylist feelings. Everyone need to be trained on using a razor. Plus all the commotion between the stylist was crazy. Talking about other customers in from of current customers. Makes me wonder if they talked about me as soon as I left. That store used to be pretty nice to go to. Not so much now. Lots of drama.
