I have been going to Bella Donna for about 10 years and been extremely happy. But the last time I had my haircut, it was chopped to pieces. I cannot do anything with it. i told the stylist and she offered me to come back, but I am so upset, I am not doing anything right now. She also apologized. The stylist had 3 clients at the same time. The salon isn’t as clean as it used to be and there is “stuff” piled everywhere. Really needs to be modernized. My stylist is just overbooked. I sympathize.

Horrible. All my hair had to be cut off from my experience here. I was so devastated I did not even want to go back to have to confront anyone. After a year I got the courage to go to a salon and thought because they were using olaplex my hair would be okay to lighten and transition to my natural hair growing out since it was in good shape.. No it’s horrible. I had to have 4 inches cut off and apparently still not enough and may have to have even more cut or even shaved and start over. No just no.

I’m new to the area so while looking for a new salon to do my hair, I read the reviews here and decided to see a girl at Bella Donna who had great reviews. I wont give her name as she’s a sweet girl and I like her a lot. But I did not Ieave the salon with the look I asked for after paying over $100 and we discussed coming back to fix it. At the return appointment to fix what I’d already paid for, was charged another $60 and still did not receive what I’d asked for and paid for twice! The first time I left with dull color and still dark roots. The pics here are after 2nd process, still dull, still dark roots with holes in bleached are showing dark spots. Also including the pics of what I asked for. Not so happy with the service.

Had a wonderful pedicure with a friend at Bella Donna Salon. Pat was professional, fun and efficient. One of my favorite pedicures ever. They treat you like a good friend being invited into their home. This will be my regular spot for nail care. I’ll try their hair salon soon! Great place! (Be sure and call ahead for an appointment.)
