Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for a simple mani/pedi with the dip for my mani. My manicure was painful, and looks worse than before I went in and my toes got messed up before I even got home. When I go to pay, the Venmo username wasn’t coming up so I couldn’t even pay, while my Uber driver was outside waiting for me. 0/10, do not recommend. Will be going elsewhere to get these redone professionally.***edit***I went back to the store today to pay for the service I received and they were kind and told me not to worry about it. A redeeming quality for this salon. I’ve added one star because my nails still look horrible and the manicure itself was painful, but they are nice and clean for the most part. 2/10.
