Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityBeing new to the area I called various salons and was told either they were not taking new clients until 2022 or did not use the same hair coloring products (Redken) that my previous stylist used. My old hairdresser had worked with me to get the color proportions just right and before we moved, gave me the formula and even a few tubes of color. Between work and handling a cross country move, I had let things go too long. When I called BASE Salon and left a message, I received a call back from Cady right away and she set up a time that worked well. Being new to the area I called various salons and was told either they were not taking new clients until 2022 or did not use the same hair coloring products (Redken) that my previous stylist used.
