Bruce is a great guy and good conversationalist. But he did not cut my hair well at all that I’ve been so disappointed a week after leaving. The only bright side is that my hair will grow back. He doesn’t know any of the terminology regarding a Drop fade or particular cuts. I even showed him pictures of what I wanted and he completely strayed away from that. He may be ingrained in his old ways of cutting hair to change to what younger men want nowadays. Very disappointed with my cut by him but again he is really nice, friendly and makes you feel welcome.

Unfortunately, I don’t have much in the way of good things to say. Bruce is a cool guy and the shop is pretty cool too, but DONT go if you have long hair. I wanted to get a trim and keep my same hairstyle, just shorter, and Bruce was telling that whenever he did that it “didn’t look very good” and he always ended up doing what he wanted to do from the start, and just taking 20 minutes longer. After some time of trying to get our points across he said we had 10 minutes till his next client (client before was running late as well) and that I had to make a decision, and I decided to give his idea a try. Completely took off the sides and back (1 inch), and left the top with the front strands longer than those in the back. Will not be going back again.

Brandi is the best for all things skin! I have now received 2 of the Hydro-Facials and I can’t wait to go back for my next one. Not only was Brandi professional and very knowledgeable, the atmosphere at Idyll Hands is inviting and I had a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueBooked a haircut + beard trim for 40$ Got an awful haircut and a super unclean beard trim. Literally left patches of hair on my neck. He did a fade instead of trimming my beard. Fade was not symmetrical at all. They have cheap and dull equipment. Kept hitting my head with the Maschine. Did not let me look in the mirror and inspect the cut. Terrible lighting in there. Super shaky hands. Didn’t asked me how much to cut on top just cut it of. Didn’t asked me if i wanted gel just put it in. Had hair all over me when I was done, no cleanup…. The haircut is even worse then the beard. Guys you cut like interns. In a competitive environment you would have to close up. This has become my absolute favorite place to come for a fresh , clean cut, and a wonderful staff. It’s so hard to find someone who cuts your hair just right every time, so I was thrilled when I gave Idyll Hands a try. The staff if engaging, professional, courteous, and fun! Great place to shed some stress and get your ears lowered in a relaxed and laid back environment.
