Not very happy with the results. While the tech was very nice, the money I spent should have given me a much better result. It may be hard to see in the photos, but it looks like I need to fill already, and this is only after a week. I have never experienced this to any other salon. Not to mention two of my nails are already lifting. When I go to get my nails done, I usually tell the nail text no matter where I go that they might want to put on a little more glue than normal just in case. But like I said it’s never an issue. I’ve never experienced this any where else. So I probably won’t go back there and waste my $65 again.

I got my nails done here twice and each time I had to go back and get the redone. When I got the dip it fell off within a day so I called and asked if they could fix it.. when I came in to fix it I asked if the all my nails will be the same size and they said they would file it down… meaning it wouldn’t be the same size… in the middle of doing my nails the lady stopped and said my nails weren’t her problem and the lady who did my nails needs to fix them… so now I have to wait for the lady who originally did my nails to finish with another customer when I called in advance to get them fixed.

walked in and they sat us earlier than our appointment was going to be that was good until i let the man there do my nails he asked if i wanted them cut down i said let’s wait and see what they look like with them filled in we got to where they were filled in never asked if i wanted them cut i looked at them and asked if i could cut them down he then said “ are you serious” “that puts more work on me” blah blah i then say okay you don’t have to cut them down it’s fine he then proceeds to say “whatever just know that puts more work on me” yes i’m sure it does but don’t you want your customers happy? he asked what i wanted for color or design i showed him a picture he took one look at it and didn’t even do what i asked i have no pictures for proof because my nails were terrible i then went to sally’s beauty and fixed them myself:) they’ll never get my business again

Came in to get a fill a week after getting the set put on. The guy doing my nails couldn’t speak English and had a female worker tell me I needed a whole new set bc my currently acrylics were “old”. I never went back Acrylic nails

My kid came home bleeding and crying…, after having to endure a nail application that was nothing what she asked for… and the salon workers were talking about her and being petty the whole second application.., what a childish and horrible experience for adults to treat a child that way. Not a way to run a reputable business.
