Speaking from a certified cosmetologist. My nail polish turned out great but my experience was honestly horrible. My technician didn’t even tell me her name and said two words to me out of 2 hrs of being there. Anytime I tried to make convo she flat out ignored me. Yes she spoke English. My pedicure was extremely uncomfortable there was times where my feet were getting hurt from my cuticles being pushed up. There was no bubbles or massage in the feet bowl and you don’t sit on a chair it’s a bench with no massage (the main reason I get pedicures) my back actually hurts from sitting on it. I felt extremely awkward and uncomfortable which makes me sad because it was my first time getting my nails done in six months. I can go somewhere way cheaper and for a way better experience. I won’t be returning. Thank you for the nice polish tho.

I normally do not leave negative reviews online. The salon was super cute, and my hairstylist was very very nice. However I was extremely unhappy with the results of my hair. I went to the salon and drove over an hour because I received a gift card. I told the hairstylist that I wanted blonde highlights. She informed me that it would be a bit more expensive because I have long hair but I was used to that comment. I was at the salon for over six hours, and spent over $400 AFTER my gift card. I will attach a picture of what my hair looks like about one month after the appointment. I am going to have to go to another salon to try to fix this. Im really bummed I paid $400 and will have to spend more to fix my hair. Right now it looks like I just have roots. Like I said before I am not want to leave a negative review however I spent a lot of time and money on my hair at the salon and was very unhappy— I’d hate for others with long blonde hair to be disappointed.

I received and email the day of the perm,after I confirmed the appointment on Friday before which was scheduled for the following Tuesday. Stating that the one person they scheduled me with could not do perms. They asked for me to reschedule in a later date. This was for my step sons birthday I was not happy they made that mistake. I had it scheduled for weeks for his birthday. I gave this place two stars because the person over the phone handled it well,but I did not like how unorganized the situation was. I did not reschedule. I went elsewhere.

We wanted to like this place, but unfortunately from the time the appointment was made (asked for a stylist who specialized in balayage – found out after the fact that we were scheduled with someone with little experience) to the customer service after the poor results, I am completely disappointed. Hair was completely spotty and orange in color. One side was bleached at least 2 inches higher than the other side. The only solution was to go back to the same stylist many days later and was not even told if I would be charged or not for the second visit so I decided to go else where for safety of further damage. Manager finally called me after almost a week later with no solution. The stylist who fixed it said she couldn’t believe they let us leave with these results.

They left my eyebrows just how I wanted them. I got my eyebrows waxed here. She asked me how I wanted them done which I said cleaned up. She said she would keep my natural eyebrow shape and she left them nice. The salon has a nice atmosphere. The eyebrow session was also quick. Love how Jazmin left my eyebrows. Thank you ❤

Critical: PunctualityI had booked an appointment for the next week. I had my dad’s funeral and wanted to look nice that day. The service was at the National Cemetery and I had to be in Holly by a certain time or I would have missed it. I explained that I had to leave Lapeer by 9:30-10. They told me they don’t open until 9:30 but they would see what they can do. They took my information and then called me back. A stylist agreed to come in at 8:30 just to do my hair. I was so grateful they would do that for me. The day of the event, I get there at 8:30 and NOBODY was there. I waited for 20 minutes and left. I went back at 8:51 and someone was there. I went in and she first said the number they had for me wasn’t correct ( which I find hard to believe since they did contact me on the number I gave them) then she tried explaining that they don’t normally open till 9:30 and the person that agreed to do my hair couldn’t make it. It was not my idea they offered this service so I didn’t even call anyone else and I ended up not getting my hair done. At that point, I ran out of time.
