V Nail Spa–Beltsville (next to Panera Bread and near Aldi market)

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came to get my nails done for the very first time here and I loved how this lady Hellen did my nails. I had already came with acrylic nails, I just wanted them to paint them. They painted them and it was great. I paid $55 dollars and it was no problem. I came again because the nail polish was coming off so soon and I went back and the lady who I think is the manager was trying to charge me to get them painted again. I told her it wasn’t fair because I had already paid $55 just for the paint to come off! She kept telling me that my nails were long overdue and kept saying excuses like I used chemicals on my nails. I told her I did not touch any chemicals and I wouldn’t take the paint off just to make it look like that after I paid for it. I told her I can pay for a new set but she was only trying to paint over the old paint and not offer a new filling for the nails. She only wanted to paint over it just so the paint can come off all over again. She made my experience here really upsetting! I tried to talk to her but she didn’t want to handle the situation. She told me to call the owners but gave me NO NUMBER. She also wanted a receipt, I only had the receipt on my phone from what I spent there but she didn’t want to even look at me, i asked for a refund also and she didn’t want to give me one. She told all the other coworkers to not listen to me. I feel like I was treated unfairly. I thought this nail salon was going to be great for me.
