Jordan was amazing, she took into consideration everything I wanted out of my haircut as well as adding small details that she believed made the haircut even better, and it definitely paid off! I also appreciate how she was honest about my hair not being ready to go under any bleach process without it being incredibly damaged in the end from previous bleach processing done at other salons and at home. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueGoing to a new salon is scary but i have to say I was beyond happy with the whole entire experience at roots to ends. Jordan was amazing not only did my hair come out amazing and within my time frame i was given when easily booking my appointment online i brought my daughter who is 4 and moms know how that goes . Jordan was amazing with her , keeping my daughter engaged and calm , & laughing while perfectly executing everything i wanted . My daughter had an appointment with her also and jordan was just great now my daughter will not go to anyone else and constantly asks to go back to jordan . We will be clients of Jordan’s at roots to ends forever . It was beyond the greatest experience at a hair salon we have ever had . And my hair well it’s perfection .
