First off, let me list the positives. The owner or manager was very nice. The establishment was very clean, and welcoming. However, one of the ladies who cut my son’s hair did a horrible job. She took almost an hour just to do a simple taper and lining, which by the way; my son left the shop looking exactly like he did when he came in. I told her twice that she was not doing what was asked of her, she said she’d correct it. She did not! Now I have to pay another barber to do what I paid her to do. I was appreciative of the fact that they took us as walk ins, they were very nice, and I paid $10 less than what they charge. But I will not be back! If she wasn’t used to cutting textured hair, she should have stated that instead of playing in my son’s hair. I wish I could include pictures with this review, but I can’t figure out how to. The lady was African American by the way

I read good reviews about this place so I came for a haircut at the end of June, I show up like 10-15 mins early. I was told to wait until my actually appointment time and an extra 10-15 min. My stylist was really rough when giving me an haircut. She was combing my head really hard like hard hard into my scalp. The comb was literally digging into it, I felt uncomfortable when she was cutting my hair. I’ve never had someone comb my hair that dig into my scalp. My stylist did not trim my hair as I wanted. This is probably one of the worst experience I’ve had since I moved here.

Rhonda does a phenomenal cut for my boys. She once fixed a terrible haircut my son got at another barber shop and turned it around to making it phenomenal. We travel a good distance to get great haircuts with Rhonda as we know it’s quality care. Rhonda is kind and communicates so well with my kids as I bring a picture of reference because the kiddos don’t know exactly how to communicate what is they want.
