The staff here was very rude. I checked in online but they weren’t able to pull up our old info in their system. I had to repeat my information several times to a few different people and finally requested we just redo everything if they couldn’t find it. One of the stylist swooped in and in a very loud voice started rudely speaking to me about the process despite me asking to do exactly what she was saying. She kept rolling her eyes at me and stomped away. We ended up with a different stylist that was great with my daughter. It ended well but the beginning experience left a bad taste in my mouth

I’ve been going here for 4 years. The staff do great cuts. I’ve gone to others stores in the cities and it’s not the same quality. Recently I had minor issue with the stylist due to communication and wasn’t completely satisfied with the cut in the back. I came in to do a redo and Tracy the manager didn’t hesitate and fixed everything above and beyond my expectations. Love the haircut, thanks!

Absolutely horrendous. Just don’t do it. Had to have to recut at another salon the next day and they were horrified at how choppy and uneven my hair was. Spend 20 more dollars and get an excellent haircut at Trio.

I will drive to this location for my haircuts despite it being further from my house then two others. I usually enjoy the conversations during the cut (there is nothing more awkward then a tense, silent haircut). I have had many of the stylists here and all do a great job, but Jessica is my favorite. This is a nice establishment, I would trust them with your haircut anytime*

The employees are like 10 years old. Very unprofessional. Not all, of course, but most. Also there’s a major turn around there. You get to know a stylist and next time you go, they’re gone…and good luck finding someone who knows how to cut black hair…
