I have been coming to this salon for many years and yesterday by far was the worst experience have ever had. I took my daughter and myself in to get our nails done for her first day of schoo and a concert l am going to later this week for my birthday. We waited over hour for our services only to get my toe nails cut all the way off and cut unevenly some of the toes were not even polished. They had my daughter pick out the colors for her nails and did not even use the colors they charged 80.00 I showed them my toes and was told the lady did her job there was not fixing them because she had all ready cut them all off. They refused to compensate for any of their mistakes and treated me like I owed them. I am so disappointed and never been treated so bad in my life. I hate this place and DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO GO IN HERE!!!!

the 1st day I was so pleased my nails they looked exactly like I wanted. until 2days later when my nails were lifting, and 2 came completely off. So had to go back to have 3 nails redone. not the worst. Unfortunately, it’s been less than 2weeks since my 1st visit and the only nails, I have left are my thumbs nails. waste of time and money thanks for nothing
