I’m not usually one to complain but I went and got my nails done today and this is the second time I’ve been to this business and left not loving the product I received. I got acrylics amd they are so thin they look like press ons. And the tips arnt even glued all the way down. I’ve tried to Give them the benefit of the doubt but they just seem to rush right through everyone. I’ll be finding someone else to go to from now on.

I went a manicure and pedicure and that’s what I got. My nails are in poor condition and this was not addressed – I asked that they all be cut off and they were just shaped. The manicure looks bad because of the chips in my nails. I had expected that someone would be able to address my problem by at least getting rid of the split nails. I had maybe even thought that some one might counsel me on how to improve my nails through diet etc….

So sad to walk in to have my nails done and taking a much needed break- only to be treated abruptly and have one of the staff’s screaming toddlers in the spa. She waited far too long to take her outside. This happened both times I came here. The 2nd chance I gave it, I walked out before they began when toddler started screaming… Only go here if you don’t want serenity when you get your nails done!

First thing I noticed was how good it smelled there. Normally, nail salons smell like acetone but their salon smells fruity and wonderful. Secondly, the lady who did my nails did a great job. They looked exactly like I wanted them to and she was sweet and attentive. I will be a repeat customer!

I took three preschoolers in for a special treat. They did great on the kids! My nails were okay too, but for the price, I probably won’t return. But the little girls felt pampered and that was just what I was going for.
