Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe service in the beginning was great, but I had to leave for an emergency during my services. When tried to rebook could not get thru which I started calling Monday did not get thru to anyone until Wednesday. But says business open Monday-Saturday. When I did call salon number went straight thru to nail tech Lena, and said I had to call salon number to make appointment. Which I did.. When tried to explain that I was rescheduling from service on Saturday acted as if did not know who I was. Then my mother’s polish came off nails same day. No not gel. But should not have came off same day. When speaking about this was told if you keep your hands in water alot regular polish will come off. NOT SAME DAY. NAILS WERE NOT PREPPED PROPERLY. I wanted to just cancel all together because of the poor serviceand service was already paid for from Saturday. Was told no refunds. Didn’t see that posted in the salon! I wanted to support black owned, but they have left me with a bad taste in my mouth. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
