i shouldn’t even be able to give a single star. me and my mom went out on her birthday to get our hair permed and our hair looks awful. my hair is stretching and breaking. and it did not curl and they even put it in way to long . my moms hair is so puffy from doing absolutely nothing and is also stretching. our hair is so damaged it’s not even funny . and then the lady asked me AFTER she did my hair if i had bleached it anytime soon bc she knew it was all sorts of messed up .

If you go here & get Samantha, run away. I made the mistake of letting her cut my hair. When she had it the way she wanted it, she refused to cut it anymore. It’s my hair not hers. It’s only cut in patches. It’s horrible. I’ll be wearing it in ponytails until I can get someone else to fix it.

Was visiting Glasgow yesterday & decided I wanted to get my hair cut so went on over to Smart Style after seeing a couple things on here about Alex. I didn’t ask for her, but I did end up with Alex, and she was awesome. From the time I walked in & they seen I was there, I was taken care of 100% until I walked out. Alex made sure I was 100% happy before leaving, you can tell she cares, that it isn’t “just a job” to her. I’ll definitely be going back!

This place is a joke. I went in to get my daughter’s haircut and was told they didnt have time and it was an hour before their posted closing time. That was the last straw for me. I have tried going earlier in the day when they first open to only find a written note at the register saying be back soon. So I waited for 30 minutes. They were all out front smoking. Which seems to be all they have time for. I know if I owned that place I wouldnt appreciate my products and store being left unattended. Whoever runs this place seriously needs to take a look at who you have represnting your store.
