I started coming to the Groomed Studio around March or April of 2022 after relocating to the area from Dallas. I was pretty fond of the haircuts and conversations I was receiving from the most seasoned barber at the shop up until I had returned after a period of shaving my own head bald. I returned around August or September after some time of not being there and I booked my appointment via their internet booking platform and came 30 minutes early. Well, 2 people and one walk in got in the chair before me even after the barber and i acknowledged one another. I acknowledged one of the clients being serviced before me as not being a problem. But 15 minutes after my appointment turned to 30 minutes then 45 minutes then an hour and 30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment. But the time disregard wasn’t the frustration, the laughter, casual conversation and the slow service was the issue. It was like I didn’t have a standing appointment on the books and wasn’t even there. I asked for a refund and I received HALF of the $56.00 I was charged.

Walked in a little boy, came out a gentleman! Shea Verbois gave my son the perfect “cool dude” hair cut! Shaped and lined up is his little baby hairs for an easier style even after we leave the salon. Will deff be back!
