Normally I’ve had a good experience at a fantastic Sam’s, but the last time I went was not good at all. I was going in for a simple cut and my hair got totally chopped. One side had very choppy layers and just a lot of chunks missing. And the other side was more of a straight cut. It’s not what I asked for and I’ve called three different times to talk to the manager and get a refund. Every single time I call the manager is not in and I was told that they do not do refunds… My cut definitely deserves a refund. I had to go get it fixed but I did not go back to this place. I was upset with the cut and the run around after. I’m very disappointed with this experience.

The manager of this Clarksville salon ✂️ cut my 4 year olds hair. She was AMAZING with him! He dont like the hair on him because it tickles so she put “magic powder” on him to wipe it away. He dont like water in his eyes so he dont trust many to wash his hair but he let her which was a first for him at a salon! I was so proud of him! Thank you for doing such a “FANTASTIC” job with my baby. ⭐

They are my go to for hair cuts. I’ve donated hair here a couple times before as well. Always super kind staff. The wait times can be kind of long, but the waiting area is cozy and comfortable. The price is pretty reasonable too.

I have a bob cut and came in and asked for two different colors of blonde highlights on top and to trim a few pieces that were to long from my cut the night before. I also asked for a conditioning treatment. She said she would only highlight with one blonde color because it’s to difficult to highlight with two. Needless to say after spending $120.00 there, I feel like I got about 25 percent of what I wanted and paid high end salon prices for a beginner salon pro. I won’t be back!

I recommend seeing Ashley (asst. Manager) she’s great. She does a great job with what ever you need, I’ve used her several times and was never disappointed. All the other girls are very friendly also.
