I have a review on here glowing about my experience. At the time I was so happy with my haircut and color. I should have waited to see what would happen to my hair. Probably a month or so after coloring my hair, the breakage became so intense. I also realised my ends in the front are not even no matter how i part my hair. I have stopped using heat tools and invested in products designed to nourish and repair, and still my hair is like lifeless straw. The money pieces in the front that were highlighted have turned into severe breakage. it’s like too much blonde was done here and so my face framing hairs are destroyed currently. I cant put my hair back in any styles because the money pieces are too short to stay back. In pure coincidence when talking to a friend about their blonde and how it ruined their hair, we came to find out we went to the same place and actually the same person. Both of us are dirty blonde. she claims she experienced significant hair loss when washing her hair in the immediate months following her dye job. I don’t know if it was the products used or the technique, but i do believe stylists need to be real with their customers about what they can do and what the outcome will be. The journey to get my hair back will be long.

This is literally crazy this women was dancing and singing and made my hair atleast 3 inches shorter than I asked never go here they are literally trash and charge to much. maybe go here actually, and just don’t go to the women with the bangs she’s trash every time. I booked and appointment for a cut, partial color and style. With no requested stylist, I was put with Valerie. She not only captured exactly what I had in mind for myself but improved on my idea and the end result is the best haircut I’ve ever had. I think I would have been happy with any stylist but I am SO glad I got Valerie. I’ve never had a blonde color so beautiful in my hair before. It was obvious she was invested in the outcome start to finish. And she was so fun to talk to! We already have plans for my warm weather hair:)

Greatest salon I have ever been to, no exaggeration. The front desk has put in notes for my stylist that I had mentioned on the phone, always offer water, very clean stations and very knowledgeable friendly kind hearted staff. I usually see Sameena who took me from my normal bland hair cut to a stylish haircut with layers, I was scared but she nailed it. Another time with a different stylist I had overheard me say to my friend I wish I went darker, it looks good but next time I’ll go darker… this saint of a woman told me to come back tomorrow and she’ll redo it for free…. I never went because it look great regardless, but the offer was above and beyond. Thanks for everything! To say the least, I highly recommend this place.
