Terrible!!!! I don’t know why they even have a mirror if the never use it, they sit you against the mirror and you are left to the merci of the barbershop which doesn’t understand what you want. The barber had old machines that vibrate oddly and are painful when they star running it on you. The whole time you have no clue what your hair looks like until the end when they bring a mirror to you. (They never rotate the chair so you can see the wall mirror) The barber had cut most of my front hair on one side when I only requested a few fingers on the front. Nothing to do since there was not much hair left and to even it out it would require to cut all my hair on the front, otherwise they might have just shave me the entire head!!!

Went in to get my beard cleaned up and came out with no beard. The person I was trying to explain what I wanted done didn’t speak English and didn’t have a clue what he was doing I had to have some other women finish and she didn’t understand what I wanted either had to have my beard shaved off nit freaking happy at all with the out come. Then she tried to let me know what I owed. I then was trying to tell her they failed and I’m leaving with out a beard and left 10 bucks.
