We’ll never go back to this nail salon! Took my daughter and her friends to get their nails and toes painted. Myself and another mom wanted to get pedicures and dips done. Called made appointment told them how many of us there was and what all we wanted.

One of the oddest pedicure experiences – the mail tech cut my toe nails with cuticle cutters then grazed over them with a file, touching more of my skin than nails. My toe nails were noticeable jagged. When I asked if he could file them more, he only filed my big toes – still not rounding any edges. I paid $86 for a manicure and pedicure and my toe nails are snagging on every sock I put on my foot. Has anyone had success with going back in and them correcting or refunding money? No pricing is listed. Seems they come up with it on the spot.

Very rude. I walked In with a brace and took it off I front of my nail tech and still ended up getting frustrated that I couldn’t comfortable relax my wrist and grabbed it and bent it. They told us they don’t take card and made my mother in law walk down the road to get cash even though theres stickers saying they take card. Came home and the next day my nail broke from gently bumping it into the door. Came back a few days later to get it fixed. Asked me what happened and I told them and they called me a liar in front of other customers. Said that it didn’t happen, their nails are stronger than that. That it had to of hurt. It didn’t. I didn’t even know it popped off till I heard it fall on my hard wood floors. Best part about this all, they were charging the other customers cards and didn’t make them pay cash. Never coming back. Side note- they rip off the acrylic nails and its very painful. Where I come from, they soak them off.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went a few weeks ago and had an awful experience as he rushed my nails and was very rough on them when he did it. Left very frustrated. Today I took the dip off and come to find out he filed completely down to almost the bare layer of the nail. Will never be back again.

I arrived on time for my appointment and was still waiting for my turn 30 minutes later. They finally brought me over to start my mail service after waiting for 30 minutes. I sat down, they buffed my all nails and then I continued to sit there waiting for another 10 minutes before I finally walked out. So unprofessional. Now my nails are ruined and undone.

We went as a family today and the man working was super rude through the whole process.we were quoted one price in the beginning then told another at time to pay. There are no prices visible. I also asked for an hombre nail they had pictured was told they could do it and then sat down and got a solid nail color. They upgraded pedicures to gel polish and charged extra and when asked to do a design put on a sticker. As if this wasn’t all bad enough my Nails are super sloppy with polish all over fingers and sides of nails left unpainted.
