Just stopped in yesterday, haircuts were 12.99. Checked in online, received a text when to come in waited 5 minutes tops and my son got his haircut. It was fast, looks good and the staff are always professional.

Terrible customer service. As soon as we walked in the lady was already having a bad day and was talking aloud about if this customer comes in i will hide. Then we sit down and i ask her for her opinion on a style and she became rude and started pulling at my sons hair who is 7 which made him upset. I tell my son to get out of the chair and she begins to go on this tirade about rude customers. Then threatens to call the police. Which is hilarious because nothing would have happen considering what transpired and i had it on video. I preceded to call corporate who said somebody would reach out well needless to say there is a reason they werent busy obviously nobody cares. I have used great clips for everyones hair cuts but that wont be happening any more.

i went in to get my hair cut to my shoulders and my bangs trimmed, i even showed the person who was cutting my hair the exact length and i even said “a little bit lower than my chin” well she cut it to my chin. I also said “i only want a little off of my bangs” she cut my bangs up to my eyebrows, i’ll have you know my bangs were almost to my nose and i said ‘only a little’. I feel so ugly with how i look and my haircut i can’t stop crying. Like i’m being dead serious, i feel so ugly.

Critical: Quality, ValueI asked for bangs and layers. I got one length of “layers” and they were only done on half of my hair. My hair is super uneven. And I never the curtain bangs I asked for. My pervious bangs were turned into a long face frame on one side and layers on the other. I am so embarrassed about how my hair turned out I left in tears. Cut my hair like a child would do. 3 inches shorter on one side. Had other lady try to fix it but no luck. Then when I asked for refund the lady that cut my hair was rude and argued it was not bad . I was given hair cut price but the one that screwed my hair up kept the tip. I will never go there again.

With 20 mins to go before they close at 5 pm they refused to give my son a hair cut. They locked the door as I waited outside because I thought their were to many people in the salon because of Covid protocols. They saw I was waiting patiently and when they opened the door to let another customer the statement was we are closed and not taking anymore. When I stated it was just my son and he needs a quick haircut they said “ that’s not my problem”. I stated I’ve been waiting and there is 20 mins before you close. The comment was “ to bad” we been going all day. I was directed to the manager because I stressed “not yelled” that there was still 20 mins left before you close. The manager stated they were not taking anyone else. I stated there is now 15 mins before you close and she said sorry have a nice day and shut the door and locked it. As a long time customer of Great Clips, I was really disappointed in the way my family was treated. With 20 mins to go before they close at 5 pm they refused to give my son a hair cut. Great place to get a quick haircut or a fancy style. The only negative is sometimes the wait can be a bit long, but with the online check in system at least you have an idea what you’re in for.
