I recently attended this location and was initially pleased during the VERY brief look I was able to see with their handheld mirror. However, once I was able to get close enough to my own mirror I came to the realization as the state of how poorly they managed my simple fade/trim the top request. The line is incredibly uneven with a poor transition. I did not ask for a hard part which should be even easier for the stylist to manage. I am beyond words with how upsetting this outcome is especially with the holidays around the corner. I will never return to this location again period.

This Sport Clips is the one I almost always come to, even though I live in Chicago nowadays. I like coming to this one because there is hardly ever a wait, the prices are lower than the ones in Chicago, and they are very personable–a quality I have not found in Chicago-based Sport Clips shops. They do a great job blending in shaved hair with scissor-cut hair, though I only am giving four stars because some stylists are clearly better than others.

My 82 y/o husband has been going to this location for years. He doesn’t ask for a specific hairdresser and always takes who is next up and is totally satisfied. Today he received the worst haircut of his life. When he came out and was getting into the car I saw the back of his hair was all chopped up and the bottom looked like fuzz. Don’t know how that was possible. He went back in and said his wife didn’t like the cut. She cut some more off to make it slightly better. The manager might want to check out how her employees are doing.

The person who cuts my hair messed up even with a sample picture of what she needs to use as a reference, i was so mad but try not to make a scene so i accepted what she got but will never come back again. The worse is i gave her a tip even though she messed up. Im not sure if she is color blind or she cant distinguished what the haircut style of the picture and doesnt want to say she dont get it. The picture has a colored gray hair while mine is black hair.
