Polished is a nail salon for everyone! We offer both manicure and pedicure services. We are a CND certified salon in both Shellac and Brisa. We offer specialty pedicure services and Brisa nail extensions. All of our technicians are talented at creating nail art. We use hand drawn techniques, nail stamping and glitter. We work by appointment only. Hours are Tuesday-Friday 8-7 and Saturday 9-2.

I’m not from the area and I wanted to get my nails redone and get a new set. I found Polished on Google maps and decided to setup an appointment. I’m so happy with the results. Gayle did my nails and she did a wonderful job. She was so nice and sweet and easy to talk to! The designs that she did were beautiful. I didn’t get to talk to the rest of the ladies working there but from what I could see they all seemed as nice as Gayle is. I would highly recommend this nail salon. It seems like a very professional and pleasant place to get your nails done and I will definitely go back again when I am in the area! This is definitely one of the best nail salons that I have ever been to and the prices are fair!

I did not enjoy Polished at all. My nails are crooked, way too short and the polish is streaked. I wasn’t asked how short to cut them or even if I was happy with the result. My technician was talking to the people next to me the whole time and ignored me when I tried to interject. I got the feeling they have their regulars and that’s about it.

I absolutely love getting my nails done here! The atmosphere is relaxing-hometown girls doing what they love. I have been coming here for over 2 years and Kristy always does an amazing job. She takes her time and pays attention to detail. My 10 year old loves coming with me and they spoil her rotten-every little girl’s dream. We LOVE our mani/pedi dates!!!

I have been going to Polished for many months now and was scheduled out for appointments as far as the schedule would allow me to, until today. I have witnessed certain staff talk badly about customers and other employees and I just sat and ignored it until today, I had a family member getting her nails done prior to my appointment the staff wasn’t aware she was related to me, during her appointment she over heard a few of the staff bring up my name and in a way that they dreaded doing my nails because “I’m supposed to be so hard to work with”. I have never been rude or unkind to any of the staff. My family member quickly let them know who she was and she didn’t appreciate the comments, they quickly tried to cover their butts and when I arrived for my appointment I was treated unkindly. It’s safe to say I will not be returning and have canceled all future appointments. I have been a loyal customer and always tip very well, which I’m sure will be missed! I am a very disappointed and frustrated customer!!

Unfriendly and run scams. They Change your appointment and then they can’t reschedule because they are so busy, then they charge you half of the cost of your appointment. Made defamatory remarks and swore at me.

I always love polished! I have been going there for years and all the girls who work there are sweet and so talented!! It’s super clean and in a convenient location. The only thing is because they are so amazing you MUST make an appointment in advanced if you have a unforgiving schedule. You can try to book online and sometimes pick up a cancelled appointment if you are lucky 🙂
