I took my Mom to Great Clips to get her hair washed and fixed. She is disabled. They took her name and told us it would be about 20 minutes. About 35 minutes later the girl called out two names that belonged to gentlemen that had entered after we did and didn’t have a prior appointment ! I asked why and the girl said that they were next in line. My Mom was very nervous and tired by then and she told them that she would have to go home and wouldn’t be back !
