As was mentioned by another reviewer, it is almost impossible to get an appointment. I called around 12 different times over several weeks, left several voicemails with details regarding my call, and left my return call information, NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND MY GROUPON WILL BE EXPIRING IN ONE MORE DAY!! The sad thing is… that I purchased a massage as a birthday gift for a friend, and also bought one for myself, and neither one of us can get through to anyone to set up appointments for her or myself!! This online Groupon special seems more like a scam to me!! Very Unprofessional Business!!

Impossible to make a reservation. I called and left messages 6 times over 2 days. No luck. Finally went to shop (not an appetizing place) and the one person onsite was with a customer. Said he sends “screen-print” to a scheduler, and she is supposed to make contact and appointments. I’m going to let the Group-On certificate expire…a waste of money, but I really don’t want to go back to the place.

Nobody EVER answered the phone. My Groupon is now expired! No massage is worth dealing with this lack of professionalism!
