Susan was fantastic! I was having a debilitating migraine, one that had been going on for two months. I called her and asked her if she had any appointments open when I called, but she said not until the next day. I was about to call another store hoping they could get me in that Friday, then Susan was talking to me about when she had appointment times open on Saturday and she was so nice that I had to meet her and come in on. I booked my spot for that Saturday, then an hour or so later she sent me a text, letting me know a client changed their appointment time and I could take their spot!
