I was excited when this business opened near my home and I had my first salt cave experience in March 2022 prior to the grand opening. I was intrigued by the salt therapy concept and have continued to visit often. It’s a boutique space with a warm and relaxing atmosphere and I always look forward to walking through the doors for my service. I have had massages in the salt cave (my favorite), a massage on the salt bed (a must try) and the hand and foot detox which is my go-to for a quick pick me up on my lunch break (cannot recommend this enough!). The massage therapist Olga is exceptional and her treatment heals my soul. The owner Gary is typically on-site and a welcoming presence. I highly recommend Harmony if you are interested in supporting a locally owned business that provides first-rate services. Double thumbs up!

Went with mom for a bday experience. Had an amazing relaxing time! We did the Swedish Massage (thank you to Olga), Salt Room with Halotherapy, Salt Bed, plus Hand/Foot Salty Detox. Loved them all. Highly recommend, staff is wonderful, atmosphere is great. Was able to enjoy all the amenities, highly recommend the Himalayan salt bed and Himalayan salt cave.
