I’ve been here twice and the experience was decent each time. However, after coming back for a nail repair following the second visit, I am forced to wait for the one tech who apparently does acrylics to finish his service while three other techs sit around on their phones AND DO NOTHING. When I asked why one of them can’t help me, I’m told he is the only one who does acrylic. I am not coming back and don’t recommend anyone else come either. This “we don’t do acrylics” trend is starting to feel real sus to me. Y’all don’t like making money??? Or you are willing to sacrifice money to not have too much of a certain demographic in your shop??

We tried to use this establishment at 5pm and they close at 6pm. You had a lady up front who asked what service was needed and we stated nail removal she said they only had one person working who was doing nails. She was also there and another guy sitting in the back look at magazine. Clearly they had more than one person that could have been working. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

These people are super rude. I’m a truck driver and went there to try and get two nails fixed and these people didn’t want to change my gel and repair. Money is money. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever. They kept saying two hours and there was no one else waiting

While I was very pleased with my nails & the info provided by the tech. However my feet had a few areas that still needed attention. when I spoke to the tech instead of offering to fix it & keep a returning customer the conversation became a disrespectful exchange. I attempted to change the tone by informing him that the hostility was not necessary. While I was originally willing to be taken 10mil from my home as a returning customer this absolutely will not happen. I refuse to support an establishment that is unwilling to offer mutual respect to their customers nor respect me as a paying customer.

It wasn’t that I didn’t like the color, it just wasn’t the one I picked. I payed to get them removed and tipped the person but the owner wanted me to pay for the nails themselves when we didn’t even have them done. She wanted to charge extra. I had planned on returning another day as a loyal customer and with more business but never again after the way she rudely spoke to me and told me to not come back. The only reason I am rating a one star is because the nice man who actually did my nails, did a good job. It just wasn’t the color I asked for.

I have been a loyal customer of this place but I will no longer be going here. Today I witnessed a girl get kicked out simply for speaking up about not liking her nails. They told her never to come back just because they did her nails a different color than what she asked for. That was there fault and not hers at all. The shower how poor their customer service is. Many people are scared to speak up about not liking there nails and leave nail salons unsatisfied and it’s because of people like the lady who works at this one who cussed the girl out and kicked her out just for speaking up about THEIR MISTAKE not hers. Terrible customer service.

Lady Owner of shop is highly rude but other employees are pleasant . The owner forces the use of drills on natural toe nails and states they do not soak off nails. The lady walked off from me mid sentence and stated that they were busy . Pedicure

I had the worst experience here. Words can not describe how bad the customer service was. I do not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to be disappointed. And if you speak up about not liking your nails you get charged for them anyway and then get kicked out and banned from the place. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. You will be better off going ANYWHERE else other than here.
