I am very upset with your lack of service! I’ve been going here for six years and while I have very seldom receive good ( even mediocre service) I figured you get what you pay for. After using tour waiting -check in app and waiting the appropriate time they still took three people ( who were not checked in) ahead of me. Well I am voting with my feet and will never either recommend them or go there myself. I feel this is the straw that broke the camel’s back.
