Love how they treat there customers with hot towel and Head shower at the end of the session. Not to forget the moment you enter and are greeted they ask if you would to drink. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been going there for over year, before I loved it until yesterday. The lady was rude and my son cut looks awful. The number was not the lady fault because she did told me that she wasn’t comfortable doing numbers but the cut itself was not good at all. The number could have been in the middle of his head. After all I was charge 51 dollars for this hair cut.After I sent an email I was answered that I was quoted $1 per min which was not true. By the way I have been there before and done the same hair cut and it didn’t cost me 51 dollars.The lady was super rude. I don’t know what happened because before it was my favorite place. Brought my 14 & 17 year old boys to see Jay (new clients), and in the interest of saving time, my oldest agreed to see Laurie instead. MISTAKE! They are both very good about explaining exactly what they want, and she did nothing like he asked. He wanted nothing off the top, just get his bangs out of his eyes. She proceeded to cut the entire top of his head short, and he was completely upset and furious when he got home (I had left after paying). I immediately called back to let the shop know, and they called back a few minutes later saying if he came back within 3 says, they’d fix for free. Well no, since it can’t be cut LONGER. I was told the manager would call me back to discuss. This was Thursday, and it’s now after closing Saturday. We were really hoping to find a new place that they would like, but I guess the search continues….. Gave 2 stars only because my other son was happy with Jay.

Went for 2 kid hair cuts. Showed the ladies a photo of what hairstyle my kids chose. One lady did great, the other cut my son’s hair way to short on top so if he did want to put it up like the photo, he wouldn’t be able to. I wanted to style it for his meet the teacher day but couldn’t 🙁 he still likes it though.

Great experience there. Hadn’t cut my hair in over 4 months due to other places messing it up. Rosario took care of me, she took her time cutting my hair and periodically asked me if it looks good to ensure I liked the way the cut was going. I explained to her what I kinda wanted, she looked at it, formed an idea and got it done. I am always worried people are going to mess up my hair, but Rosario did a great job. I will definitely be back to see her, it just might be awhile .
