Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFirst I would like to note that I am posting this review under a different name, as the owner of this business posts details of her customers’ services in the review responses. No one who respects her customers should be doing that. In addition, since this is a med spa, this very well could be a HIPPA violation.I first came here with a Groupon for laser hair removal. The aesthetician I was seeing was great, and so I purchased what I was told was an unlimited package. Like many other reviewers, one day the owner decided that my unlimited package was no longer unlimited, and told me my sessions were over. And she did not have the courtesy to call me over the phone to tell me this, she waited until I drove 40 minutes to the facility to tell me. She printed out an invoice that was completely different than the one I received when I paid for the unlimited package as “proof” that it was not unlimited. I said I had my original receipt at home and could have someone email a PDF to resolve this dispute, and she said that she would only accept the original copy. Well, seems like a strategic move to not make me aware of this over the phone so I could come prepared with my original receipt. I was not told that this change was due to a change in ownership/management like the other reviewers (maybe the owner had to make this up after so many complaints after pulling this scam) but I know that the owner has not changed because she is called out by name in the reviews going back a few years. And even if this was true, this would not be a valid reason to back out of contracts with existing clients. In addition, over the couple of years that I received laser hair removal treatments (on multiple areas – not just the one Groupon or unlimited package, I was a paying customer for multiple years) I saw so many great aestheticians come and go. The turnover rate was the highest of anywhere I had ever been. As more and more aestheticians left, the quality of services started seriously declining. When I mentioned this high turnover rate to the owner on my final visit, when she told me my “unlimited package” was over, she told me it was because the aestheticians were not working out and she had to let them go. She said one of the aestheticians I saw was not qualified to do laser hair removal and another one had burned someone. This did not seem to justify the high turnover rate, but instead raised more red flags that she was not hiring quality employees.I have since taken my business to another med spa and since day one have been amazed by their professionalism, friendliness, and quality of service. I am disappointed with myself that I paid for services for so long at Suite Six and put up with the progressively worsening quality of services and rude management.I took a while to decide if I wanted to post this review, especially given the owner’s treatment of her customers in her responses, but I thought it was very important to warn others not to come to this business.First I would like to note that I am posting this review under a different name, as the owner of this business posts details of her customers’ services in the review responses.
