These ladies are great! They do get extremely busy at times. Especially on a Saturday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Even when you have an appointment, you may still have to wait 10 or 15 minutes to get into a chair. But I have found the more they get to know you the more accommodating they become. I go there all the time, and I will not go anywhere else. I am willing to wait the 10 or 15 minutes because I enjoy them, and they have become very accommodating. And the more accommodating they are the better nail service I get. Is that right? Maybe and maybe not. But I love their service.

I have always had good experiences at Blossom (other than when I made appointments but they never seemed to matter, they still took people first come first serve anyway) until I took my daughter in with me when she flew in from out of town for her bridal shower/bachelorette weekend. I wanted to treat her to a pedicure, but when they sat us down, no one ever even started her service. Her water was cold and no one bothered to fix it, and by the time I was almost done, still no one had even approached her. After seeing someone else be seated and started right away while she sat there with her feet in cold water, she got up, found a towel on her own, and put her shoes on. The only thing that was said to her was “So do you want the pedicure or not?”, and that was said with an attitude which we didn’t appreciate. I will not be going back to Blossom because apparently customer service does not matter to them anymore.

Me and two of my friends went in the other day to get our nails done. We went in and they had told me (it was my first time going in there) that we didnt need an appointment. We we went in and asked if we could get acrylics done for all three of us. This younger girl was rude and gave us attitude and she rudely said to pick a color. We picked our colors and sat at the “waiting area” for an hour in a half! Another lady came in and was helped before us. The young girl said that she thought we said we wanted to get a manicure. The other lady that just showed out of no where said she was the other person there that did acrylics. Me and my friend ended up going to the other nail place in quarryville who isn’t any better but everyone there at least knows how to do acrylics

Worst experience ever in the few times I’ve gone there. I needed a new set and the woman butchered my cuticles!!! Never have I ever had such a horrible experience getting a new set – never again with this place. She didn’t even put that stuff on it when they accidentally cut you!! Plus, did not give me the shape I wanted either for my nail tips and there is lotion in my nail color as the color was not done evenly or thick enough on all my nails. So disgusted!!
