Critical: ProfessionalismArrived 25 minutes before close. The stylist was sitting on her phone, no customers in the place. I understand they would like to go home but, I intended on paying for three haircuts and I tip well. I was told flatly that she didn’t have time to do 3 haircuts because they close in 15 minutes. I’m sorry, I manage a restaurant. If that lady walked in with three people 1 minute before close she would expect service and receive it. The older lady that cut my hair was nice and seem knowledgeable about what she was was doing. I just needed it trimmed up because my stylist is on maternity leave. The cut terrible. Its uneven and a lot shorter on one side. I showed her several pictures of the exact cut from a few months ago. It isn’t complicated, just chin length layered. I wish I could get my $$ back.
