Critical: QualityI went to get a quick haircut from Laura on Saturday. Initially I was okay with the cut because my hair was still wet. Later when it dried I noticed how uneven and awful it is. I won’t be going back not to have to fixed or just in general. I made an appointment with an actual salon in town for tomorrow to have them fix this uneven mess. I have been going to smartstyle for over 5 years and I won’t be going back. The prices have gotten way too high for the quality of the hair cut. Also you can’t walk in anymore and get a trim. You have to make an appointment. It seem like the stylist are gossiping and complaining too much.
