Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy girlfriend had such an amazing experience at craft Salon! She was LONG overdue for a haircut and her hair was so so dry. Nicole gave her a smoothing treatment and cut her hair not too short but just enough to make it healthy again. The salon is so clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely attentive. My girlfriend had such an amazing experience at craft Salon! She was LONG overdue for a haircut and her hair was so so dry. Nicole gave her a smoothing treatment and cut her hair not too short but just enough to make it healthy again. The salon is so clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely attentive. Frank and his wife Brooke run a amazin great salon . The best around !

Critical: ProfessionalismMy girlfriends and I had gone to this studio in hopes to fix our hair that had been previously messed up. The staff was sweet and the decor was beautiful. However, upon leaving I found that myself and my other girlfriend were unhappy with our hair. A stylist rushed my friends hair cut due to her falling behind in time, which resulted in a choppy Razor cut. After leaving her honest review the salon posted a picture of my friends face and the review she left. I think it was very unprofessional for them to do this. On top of it they bargained with her to delete her post before they deleted theirs. My girlfriends and I had gone to this studio in hopes to fix our hair that had been previously messed up. The staff was sweet and the decor was beautiful. However, upon leaving I found that myself and my other girlfriend were unhappy with our hair. A perfect balance between trend-focused and high-end classic, I know I will be walking out of their doors looking amazing and feeing awesome! The entire staff is friendly, professional. The ambiance is luxurious, but not overly done–my husband feels just as comfortable in the space as I do. We have been going to Brooke and Frank for years, they never fail to deliver a superb haircut (and sometimes color). A perfect balance between trend-focused and high-end classic, I know I will be walking out of their doors looking amazing and feeing awesome! The entire staff is friendly, professional. The ambiance is luxurious, but not overly done–my husband feels just as comfortable in the space as I do. We love it here and will never go anyplace else for our hair care!
