Very amazing spa! I heard about the spa from a friend and decided to look up their instagram for more information. I loved what saw made an appointment with Morgan for a facial and it was amazing! My skin was flawless after and I felt so squeaky clean. Also i had no idea if i had dry or normal skin and she explained the difference very well. I had an appointment with Ana at the Streeterville MedSpa for a light “retinol and vitamin C” peel. I’ve done a lot of research prior considering I’m 20yo and this would be my first experience with an aesthetician at a medical spa…let’s just say I was fairly disappointed. I went to a consultation a few days prior that was uninformative, she barely looked at my skin and did not tell me how to prepare for the experience. I was hesitant at first because I could immediately tell how vague her information was. I felt as if I was trying to squeeze information out of her, this being my first experience I didn’t even know what kids of questions to ask. My next appointment was a few days later, The procedure lasted around 20 minutes. I felt as if it was a moderate experience, I went in super nervous because I was scared and unprepared for this new experience and she was utterly unphased. I felt uncomfortable sort of as if this appointment was on a factory setting like get in and get out. I’m glad I experienced so I know what not to expect, it probably was her manner of being but it’s crazy how that can affect your overall experience. This is just the start of my journey to building a lifelong relationship with an aesthetician but even I could tell this was not necessarily the best service. Though I would not be opposed to going back and trying out another aesthetician.

I had a wonderful first lip injection experience here at the Med Spa. My lips were medium size and I wanted a bit of enhancement, nothing too noticeable. I filled out an email inquiry through the MedSpa website and within 10 minutes, I got a phone call with the front desk. I met with Rachel for a consultation and we picked out the type of filler and go over some basic questions and breakdown of the procedure and aftercare. After my procedure and recovery period, my lips look BEAUTIFUL! So natural and gorgeous. I highly recommend the Med Spa!!
