I will never go back to this location. What a horrible experience. I took my 7 year old grandson there and the older woman who checked us in was so rude and condescending right from the moment we walked in. She made a rude comment about the haircut he already had then said “well I guess I’ll do his hair” my grandson loves to get his haircut but this woman was so rough with him and scolded him tge whole time. She got hair all in his mouth and nose and then was disgusted by him when it made him sneeze.

Made an appointment for 12, as soon as I checked in the stylist behind the counter said “we’ll be with you when we can”. So, I sat down thinking oh it’ll probably be 10 minutes. Half an hour later still wasn’t called. Some kids walked in and the hair stylist said “well he is waiting and she (me) is waiting, so yeah I can take you back”. I wasted 45 minutes of my life that I could have spent getting my haircut someplace else. I wanted a simple haircut. There was no point in making an appointment because they worked off of first come first serve. I will never again go here. It was terrible.

My daughter is a very particular girl and had a vision of what she wanted her hair to look like. The stylist was very attentive and sweet to her and mina loved her so much she even let her brush her hair first… I mean, it needed to happen anyway. It was a mess in the back and she never let’s me help her brush it. Well, no more tangles, fresh cut and a happy girl.

She had called her other client and told her she was doing a cut and it would only be 10 minutes.
