It’s an absolute pleasure to be a client of Ame Med Spa! The staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful in answering questions about procedures. I couldn’t be more pleased with Sabrina and have gone to her for years for my medical spa needs. She is very experienced, loves what she does, and it certainly shows in her work. Critical: ProfessionalismTook me 3 days of calling before someone picked up the phone. Tried to become a patient, however, the doctor went to lunch before our scheduled appointment time. Injections cannot be given on-site without a doctor, per law, and no other appointments available for 1 month. According to them, they are “too busy”. I got an appointment with Cascade Derm who actually answers their phones, emails patient paperwork, and makes their patients feel welcome and wanted. If your weighing your options, go with Cascade. Took me 3 days of calling before someone picked up the phone. Tried to become a patient, however, the doctor went to lunch before our scheduled appointment time. Injections cannot be given on-site without a doctor, per law, and no other appointments available for 1 month. According to them, they are “too busy”. The salon is super clean and all of the employees were so sweet and welcoming the entire time I’d highly recommend them for absolutely any service you desire.
