Magic Sleek service cost 350 USD for short hair and does not work, it looks awesome once is done but after the first wash, it is gone, such a disappointment. Staff was friendly tho.

Been going to this place for years for cuts, highlights, glaze etc. Paid $500 for Magic sleek 7 weeks ago which I was told will last 12 months. After the first wash my hair got some curl back and I went to the salon to show them. Hair kept getting curlier after every wash and I told them they need to make it right. Owner said okay, come back for another treatment. After the treatment she asked me to pay another $175!!! Didn’t mention ONCE before the treatment that I would have to pay again. Told the hair stylist in front of me, that she wouldn’t get paid anything for the time she spent on my hair. It was the product that didn’t work. Not only unfair, but dishonest. They’ve lost my business for life. (Keep up the good work Lauren, you were great!)

I’m a Nonbinary individual and haven’t had my hair cut in 3 years because of the pandemic and apprehension about what style I wanted and how it would turn out because I had previously only gone to barbers. Today I had finally figured out what I wanted to go with but unfortunately the place I usually go to switched to appointment only so I came here because I saw they were accepting walk ins and as I walk in everyone was very friendly and I was able to be seated right away and the lady that cut my hair was very patient with me and took her time to make sure she could cut and style my hair like the picture I brought in and that I liked the result. Overall I’m very satisfied with my hair and it’s given me a huge confidence boost. Thank you so much!

I came to New Jersey for a concert and thought since I can’t find a good haircut where I live, I’ll try a place here…. Lisa was my stylist and although she was hesitant about the inverted bob she went for it and absolutely nailed it!!! I am so happy with my new haircut! I’ll be back to see her again!

Critical: QualityI don’t normally do this but I have well had beautiful hair and have never been so unhappy in my life… My hair is so damaged I can’t brush it when it’s wet at all nothing but knots and after going back two times I still have foil lines around my head… I used too have the type off hair you can do anything too and now I’m lucky if I can wash it and get a brush threw it just horrible.I don’t normally do this but I have well had beautiful hair and have never been so unhappy in my life… My hair is so damaged I can’t brush it when it’s wet at all nothing but knots and after going back two times I still have foil lines …More
