I’ve been receiving electrolysis treatments (6) to date from Karen and I’m beyond pleased with the progress made so far and so quickly! Karen’s state of the art machine makes all the difference! I appreciated the initial appointment time she took to explain her treatment and how the hairs are extracted to the root/ bulb by also showing me some of the individual hairs. She is very professional and meticulous and is very concerned with client satisfaction! I’m so grateful I found you, Karen!

If I could give Karen 10 stars, I would. There are not enough words to express the 10 star experience. And who wants to read all that. Lol… Best way to put it is to see for yourself. It is a personalized service/relationship/bond created from the moment you book your first appointment. Karen has a light touch, and it didn’t hurt at all. I have been battling hair on my face especially my chin and upper lip for years. I have done everything so I decided to have electrolysis. I was so afraid I felt sick the night before from fear of pain. The day I did it I drank a lot of water the day before and the day of Two and one half hours before I generously used numbing cream I got from Walmart. It was 5% Lidocaine numbing cream listed a hemorrhoid creAm by equate. I applied a really heavy coat like putting it on a cake haha then put plastic over it and wore it up until I went for appointment. I prayed in the morning that the pain would not be bad and for the person doing the electrolysis. I went for my appointment and then met the answer to all my prayers Karen Barrett the electrologist. If I knew back then what I know know I would have came to her a long time ago. First of all she was so understanding and nice as can be. She made me feel as though I had known her my whole life. She explained she was going to do heat electrolysis. And explained in detail the whole procedure and what to expect. When it came to the procedure all the worrying I had done was for nothing. The procedure was almost painless. Except for a little heat sensation. All those years I suffered I could have been coming to Karen! She is my one and only go to for my treatments from this day forward! Everyone lose was nice too. The place was very professional.
