I’m so disappointed with this shop. My nail was hurting bad and I ask the lady the fix it….she didn’t…just put superglue and a bandage on it and said come back later when its not hurting. She was going to leave that one undone the do the others. She had an attitude and she kept saying you won’t let me fix it, which was not true. I asked her just be careful when she did fix it. She steady got an attitude with me and just said I don’t know. To make matters worse she used a matte nail polish that would not take to my nails. She finally realized she was using a cheap matte polish after 20 minutes of polishing. My nails weren’t worth the money that I was spending. I would not recommend this store

I kept wondering why I was getting fungal infections in my fingernails and the last time I went there I realized that they do not sterilize the tools they use on your fingernails!!!!! They’re just kept in a cup and they dig around and cut your nails with the same dirty utensils they’ve been using on God knows who else. YUCK!!!!!! Manicure

This was the first place I tried SNS. I liked it at first, but it was hit and miss, sometimes too thick, so I started to just get gel polish. This is not my primary nail shop but it is a good second option. This is a very busy place.

I came in on May 9, 2022 before a trip and got my nails done. I had to go back on May 10th to get the middle finger repaired. That same nail broke again two days later while I was in Arizona. This is SNS dip and when I went in today on May 21st to pay for my nails to get done, the lady told me I need learn how to take care of my nails and I had to pay for them. I had no intention on getting them done for free, but I will NOT give them any of my business again. #blackdollarsmatter

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been going here for a year and I won’t be back. This lady did my new set because my normal person was busy. She cut my nails short even after I showed her the picture of the length I wanted and still tried to charge me more $60 for a short set that I didn’t even ask for! Then had the nerve to say the others had been charging wrong when the wall clearly has the pricing! Pathetic I’m so mad my nails are terribly short and UGLY!!!!! She didn’t even shape them correctly even after I kept telling her they looked wrong! ” oh it be alright” is all she said!! If u go there only go to Ngo she is literally the only one that can listen! She cut my nails short even after I showed her the picture of the length I wanted and still tried to charge me more $60 for a short set that I didn’t even ask for! I got my nails done today and explained to the man doing my nails the shape that I wanted. He did one nail and I told him it was perfect. He did my whole left hand and told me to look at them. I noticed one thing I wanted fixed on one finger (it wasn’t a big deal at all..just a corner), and he told me he couldn’t do it, dropped my hand, stood up, and sent me to another chair. I told him he was doing a good job and that I wasn’t complaining but still he sent me to another chair and told me the lady would finish. She did finish my nails and they look good but I was so thrown off by the way the man treated me, I probably won’t go back. Rude service trumps nice nails to me.
