I have been getting a massage once a month for a few years now. The staff at Ponessa is very nice. The therapists that I’ve seen have all been very considerate of my physical health needs and my stress and worries. I know my insurance doesn’t cover these visits and I’m not sure if any insurance would cover a visit. It’s probably best to ask your insurance provider. The price of an hour massage is very fair and reasonable.
