Will never go back to this place ever again! I’ve gone here twice and the first time I went my mail shape was not even even. My nails were different shape and I even told the lady if she could fix it and they obviously don’t know how to properly shape nails. The second time I went I said maybe I’ll give it another try with someone else and the same thing my nails were not shaped the same and within two weeks my nails were popping off and they fell off and I find my nails have fungi on them!! This is insane! I get it paying for your nails at a certain high price for QUALITY nails but this is not quality at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Been here 3 times. The first time was underwhelming but the pedicure was OK. My second trip I had a much better pedicure. Back again and my pedicure was OK. My acrylic nails on the other hand turned out awful. I asked the tech to even out the sides so they’d be flush with my nails and he dismissed me and said that’s just the acrylic and finished. When he was done I felt rushed to move even though my nails weren’t fully dry and was offered no cuticle oil or lotion. The receptionist offered me the quick Dry spray and I left(surprise my nails still weren’t fully dry) but it didn’t matter I paid(63) and tipped. Ran home and took the polish off and had to file down the sides myself and repaint for my vacation. Won’t be back for a fourth try.

Happy to say this is my email shop. and by the way your first visit you do get 15% off so might as well come try it out. guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I went here in a pinch – normally I do my own nails but I wanted gel for a vacation so I decided to give it a try. I’m originally from CT and this is my first time at a nail salon in this area so I don’t know if it’s just different here but normally they use a fresh, clean set of mail files with a new buffer and cutters. This nail salon just used one from the drawer and it was clearly used before. Whilst getting my gel manicure the UV light was very dirty on the inside where you put your hand. I could see other peoples nail colors and the dust that was inside it was pretty gross. I just feel like the staff should be more considerate of cleanliness. My nail tech was great, very nice and professional however the man at the front of the store didn’t really have a great attitude, I wouldn’t say he was rude but he just was not friendly and i felt like he just didn’t want to be there which if he has had a bad day that’s ok I get it but it’s not the best look of you can’t even say hello when someone walks in or a simple thank you when you pay.. just not great customer service.

Critical: ProfessionalismI when there’s 2 weeks ago and another girl did my nail in deep powder and they was beautiful and the last long and decided to try again she wasn’t there this past Tuesday 12/14/21 and couldn’t wait so I try a new guys name Lou did my pedicure and finish my pedicure less the 20 minute not relaxing so fast and them I decided to do gel they never told me because they have to removed my powder they charge you ore money and in top all that did a horrible job in my hands, and feet today is Saturday and this the result less that a week. Lynn was the person who did my pedi My previous Yellow nail polish was left in the bottom corners. The white tip on all my finger toes where different some were thicker and some thinner. I did let her know but she was not listening I spoke to the manager and she wanted me to wait to get them fixed. I denied her offer due to me already being their for an hour and 20 min. The manager was rude speaking to me and on the phone at the same time with someone else she really didn’t care what I had to say. And just told me come another day. Really bad customer service! First time and last!
