Lady that always wears the masks … I told her I wanted a fade for my son she argued with me for 5 minutes that a fade was a buzz cut. I tried to explain to her that a buzzcut is the same clippers used over the entire head a fade gradually changes and transitions into different levels. She said that’s a buzz cut again. I almost left but she said that she understood. Smh she butchered my sons head never again I really believe they got there license during covid and went to online barber school. Never again I will be going to Annapolis for now on

My stylist was very good however, my show time was 12:08 and wasn’t taken until 12:30! Not because of customers but because the two stylist who spent an inordinate amount of time BS’ing with each other! The stylist that I had was consistently working while the other 2 just too forever with 2 young customers just pushing back all the other customers unnecessarily! Won’t be going back there!

Horrible staff! The online mobile check in didn’t work. We were next in line when we got to the store, and got bumped because as I was checking in for 2 and took a little longer the next customer behind us was taken. When I stated the obvious, it was dismissed by Kayla and the other stylist. We ended up having the manager, Tanya, take my son and I passed on my haircut because my wait was 30 additional minutes. I have seen so many come and go from this shop, and the more reviews I read, it is so apparent the staff need corporate training on this part of the job. We will go to the old school barber shop from now on where there is no B.S.

If you like being a 2nd class citizen and being skipped in line by people that sign in after you, this is your place. They didn’t even check the board, they took the people they knew(father and son) in ahead of me, while I sat there watching the clock on a Saturday morning. My time is just as valuable as everyone else. Big mistake.

I always get my hair cut here but unfortunately it is hit or miss whether you get a good one. Once you find someone that cuts you hair well you need to stick with them and and find out their schedule. You can add your name to the waiting list and pick your stylist when you are heading over to get a cut. The store is kept clean and the staff are friendly but there is a high turnover rate for stylists that makes it hard to find one you can stick with long term.
