I absolutely love the Retreat Salon! I had never been here before and was going on a trip with a large group and wanted an “upgrade/refresh” and came out feeling like a new woman! I had Maddison do lash extensions, tint and wax my brows (you need to clarify what you want because tint and wax are separate) also bikini, under arm and leg wax. I felt totally comfortable with Maddison and not awkward considering this was the first time for me having this type of service; she was very professional and friendly and the conversation was natural, I felt like she listened and answered my questions and genuinely cared about me and the final results. Then I had Katie do “gel” nails, manicure and pedicure which was also new to me and I loved the results! I have brittle nails with ridges that break and chip easily and I must say I was only going there for a “one time” refresh but have now become a regular client because you get hooked coming out feeling better about your appearance! I feel like Katie is very professional and also cares about the results; I always enjoy my conversations with her and would even consider her as a new friend. Overall great experience when I go here and has “good vibes” and will continue to refer people here.

I love this place! I recently went and had my nails done by Katie and LOVED them! I loved the environment and the receptionist was super helpful and answered all my questions. I also had a bunch of questions about getting lash lifts and Madison was super helpful and knowledgeable about this topic!! For sure will be a returning client!!

Went to get my lashes tinted. Not good at all. I’m an older woman and my brows are mostly grey and the tend to look like I have half an brow. I like to get them tinted so they look more natural. The first time she tinted, I didn’t see anything different then when I came in. Then, I had to Tell her how to do it, that they needed to be darker brown, and go all the way across the top of my eye like a normal brow, so they don’t look like half a brow. I have red hair that is going grey. She tinted them black. Never shaped them, never trimmed them, and then she never cleaned them up. I had to go home and scrub the tint of my brows and off my skin. And also during the appt, she never even talked or conversed with me. It was dead silent in the room, uncomfortable silent. $36 was a waste of money. Never ever will I go back.

I’ve always enjoyed my time here either getting my lashes tinted, a pedicure, and mostly a haircut. I would say there is probably a difference between the different hairdressers as I’ve had one who is very well trained in haircutting to another not as well trained (who usually focuses on coloring and extensions). For someone who doesn’t do color or hair color extensions, it can be hard to find an artist who does a great cut. My experience has lacked in the cut side of things but I really like the salon so only a single star dock.

Very disappointed with their service. I scheduled their signature facial for my wife. It was supposed to be a 60 minute facial. We arrived on time but she was not taken back until I0 minutes after her appointment was supposed to start; she walked out less then 30 minutes later. She said it was awkward and not what it was promoted as. As we were paying the esthetician was complaining about more appointments she had later; the owner was standing right there and didn’t say a word. Based on this experience I wouldn’t recommend it.
